Bad choice. Not worthy of the Wyndham name.

Pros: The outside, parking lot and surroundings.
Cons: They need more staff for housekeeping. Change beds and pillows.
Location: There is a Sweet Tomatoes nearby, in the Costco complex.
This is my first ever bad review on Expedia after 10 years. 1. Arrived 3:30, room was not ready. Left with all bags. 2. Returned 5:30, room was not yet ready. 3. Only one soap for three days. No shampoo. 4. Beds were not well made. Unsure if sheets were clean. 5. Trash in the bathroom left for three days. 6. Old TV with few channels. 7. Hard pillows, uncomfortable beds. Certainly different to all previous Wyndham experiences.

MS. Jennie Made Our Stay Better

This was a last minute resort as I was not able to take my actual trip due to the recent hurricanes. I never expected it to be an extravagant experience due to the price and type of hotel, thus I had little to no high expectations from the start. The first night before going to bed I found that the sheets were filthy and requested new sheets I was told that housekeeping would not come until the morning but that the sheets would be sent to the room for me to make the bed myself. I was completely fine with that as it was already around midnight and I was just ready for bed. However the guy from the front desk never sent any sheets and when I called again he did not answer. I'm a pretty easy going person so At this point I simply removed the dirty sheets and used the clean towels from the bathroom as sheets the next morning I walked to the front desk and asked if housekeeping could come by and bring towels and make the bed since I had slept on towels the night before. The housekeeper ms Jennie was outraged and reported it to the general manager Michelle whom took care of the problem right away by extending a free night I was pleased with the customer service I received from these top members of the staff and greatly appreciated it. The last night the AC was not working but I didn't complain since Michelle and Ms Jennie had already taken care of me. While I appreciate them I would most likely not book this hotel again although my expectations were low to begin with.

Beds are terrible. They make lot of no ice when tossing and turning and the deep in.

The hotel overall is outdated the rooms are smaller than normal. The second night I had no sheets on my bed and it seems like the hotel overal was not a place I would recommend to anyone or return to

Worst Microtel

The room was dirty, the toilet wouldn't flush, old box tv that got eight very fuzzy stations. You would think this motel rented by the hour. On our travels we stayed at other hotels that were half the price and much nicer in every way.

Pros: Staff friendly. Location
Location: Location was fine to get to any freeway and activities.
I enjoyed all staff, all friendly and greeted you. Hotel was fine for short stays, if on business and not in rooms a lot. If wanting glitz and glam, this is not the hotel. Great location to get to other activities in the area.
