“Great property, very cozy retreat! Recommend an SUV or truck for the lane to get up to the cabin. Great wi-fi and amazing views.”

“Awesome and super unique cabin. Perfect location for the hocking hills! Hot tub was clean, rooms were super comfortable. The outdoor space was amazing and the highlight of the space.”

“We had so much fun and the movie theater room and hot tub received alot of use. Location was central to town and hiking. Property description stated "steps away" from water but it wasnt, We weren't looking for water so it was fine for us. Check in was super easy and accurate. Owner provided lots of automated communication and included local recommendations. I asked a couple minor questions before and after booking but did not get a response. I would stay here again! Thank you.”

“Had a great time! So close to all the hiking attractions, and close to food/bar! The hot tub is everything!!! Must see Granny’s store, Jack Pine glass blowing studio, and EAT BREAKFAST at Kinderd Spirits! You won’t regret booking!”

“Very enjoyable and relaxing”

“Great spot for families!”

“This property was way more than described!! Exceptionally clean, stocked with extra towels, blankets, pillows etc… extra toiletries, condiments & laundry detergent. The game room was super fun with So many board games and movies. The hot tub was wonderful and the yard was beautiful- peaceful quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful naming a few places to eat in Lancaster and they did not disappoint. Ale House and Cherry St Pub were great for dinner and Provisions was perfect for a light……

“Very clean and updated place to stay if you're in the Buckeye Lake area. The host was terrific with communication prior to our arrival. I would stay here again.”

“The house was huge! Plenty of space. Hot tub was great actually had to turn it down a few times because it was too hot 102⁰ but location was great, also has a pool, but it wasnt open set still out of season a bit, but wiuld live to stay again so we could use the pool. ”

“I loved the peace and quiet, very relaxing.”

“Celebrated me & my boyfriends 6 year anniversary here. Never been to Hocking Hills before & to say the least, it did not disappoint. The cabin was super clean & the perfect stay for our trip! Definitely would recommend & definitely will be back!!”

“The cabin was perfect and Brian was a wonderful host. Bed was comfy, hot tub was great. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that our seasonal allergies went crazy at this cabin - definitely not the host’s fault. Maybe we are allergic to Ohio in September. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone with stronger allergy defense than I have.”

“Cabin was very beautiful and remote. Perfect size for our family of 4 and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped but cookware was not great and pretty wore out. Air conditioners worked great and could adjust each room to everyone's liking. Inside of Cabin was gorgeous and clean with large/open living area. Outdoor space was great but did have a lot of overgrowth onto the deck and some dead/loose limbs laying around, camp style grill, and bench at firepit was broken. Hot tub was nice after a……

“We were very happy with our choice of stay in the Logan area. The Dixieland Cottage was centrally located for all the places we visited! Our host Mike was very accessible if we needed anything. We even got to check in earlier than the time given, which was great! The cottage itself was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all your cooking needs. The layout was perfect! The hot tub was amazing after a day of hiking! There was a fire pit and wood if you wanted to have a campfire. We would……

“Beautiful, unique cottage! Perfect for a weekend stay with comfortable beds and amenities. It needs a really good dusting and spider/bug sweep but bathroom and kitchen areas were very clean. Will definitely consider for future visits to Athens.”
