"Location on Cardiff Bay is excellent, away from the growing weekend crowds and in a beautiful quiet location, close to tramsport. Parking was also easy and discounted for hotel patrons."

"Great location, I jumped off the train, and walked less than 5 minutes to the hotel, then walked another few minutes to restaurants and then the arena where a concert was plaing was another 5 minutes, so great 24 hours stay for me, staff and beds were great. "
"Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They went the extra mile to make my partner’s birthday special by leaving a bottle of Prosecco and a card signed by them. Definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the spa. "
"The hotel was beautiful and amazing.. we arrived early before checking.. The hotel eas able to accommodate us. The room was beautiful, clean and perfect. The bed was do comfy and soft. Could of stayed there for longer... Staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodated. Beautiful hotel to stay in and highly recommend it. Next time we need to come back and use the Spa"
"The hotel is a little tired but it is spotlessly clean & the location & ease of walking to Cardiff Bay restaurants is great. In addition, what makes the hotel excellent is the staff. Jacques at check in was very helpful & Loretta at breakfast was fantastic but all staff we encountered were great. Fantastic early morning swim & delicious breakfast too. Great hotel - would definitely recommend! "
"Comfy stay for a good price. A few notable things were that I did find a nail clipping on the carpet when we came into the room. Also, the pillow covers are of a cheaper material which means my face and ears got way hotter through the night than I would on cotton sheets. I liked the firmness of the mattress and the bathroom was spotless, although the tap placement was really awkward as you could not turn it to cold as it clashed with the sink.
Free breakfast was good, the croissants were dry but the warm breakfast elements were tasty and filling."
