Great Condo and location

The entire process was easy and seamless. Brad was fantastic to work with and provided everything we needed. The condo was perfect for my family (2 adults, 2 kids (6, 4), and 2 grand parents) It's a fantastic location for everything in Pigeon Forge. We did Pink Jeep, Dolly Stampede, Dollywood, and The Island, and all were 3-10 minutes away. The amenities at the resort were great as well, our kids loved the Lazy River.

Best in Pigeon Forge

We've stayed in Pigeon Forge several times. This is the best accommodations to date. Excellent location, close to attractions but just far enough away for peace and quiet. Property was very clean and well maintained.

Great location for week long stay for Ripken experience. Close to everything, very nice to have washer/dryer in unit for keeping uniforms clean! Very spacious unit. Our entire family loved this vacation and staying at this resort.

You could not get a better vacation condo. The location of this place is perfect for anything that you would want to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or the surrounding areas. Lots to do within the complex itself. While the lazy river was closed during this colder/rainy season, the pool, hot tub, gym and playgrounds were open and well maintained. The lobby had coffee, tea, hot cocoa and cider each evening. The unit was very clean and stocked with most everything that you would need to make meals, wash clothing and have a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony were great too! The host was easy to work with. Would definitely book again!

Great Condo in the Smokys

Our stay was fantastic. Family of 4 with 2 children 8-10. The condo was perfect in many ways. It felt like a home away from home as you had everything you needed available to you. It was very clean, no issues with anything. You had two great views from each side of the condo which was nice. Having a screened in front porch was definitely something unique and beneficial. The resort was great as well. We were able to have covered parking every day with no issues and the amenities were top notch. A really nice lazy river with plenty of seating and a indoor pool hot tub area that was perfect when the weather didn't agree with being outside swimming. We also took advantage of the fitness area which was big and had a lot of good equipment. We really enjoyed the location. You are within just minutes of anything you want within Pigeon forge, but set back enough away from the main street that had all the traffic. Only took us 15 minutes to get into Gaitlinburg and you are within 30 minutes of a bunch of good hikes in the national park. Overall I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Summer Vacation

Pros: The location of the condo is fantastic! We were close to all the shopping, food, and entertainment. The condo was plenty big enough for all six of us! This condo was directly by the lazy river, playground, and indoor pool, and the River. From the front porch breezeway area you could see a Mountain View and a few sunsets were captured. We did have a minor issue, but the property manager was quick to resolve it. The maintenance guy arrived around 10 o clock that night to fix the issue. He was a really nice guy. Cons: Upon arrival, we found some peanut butter candy wrappers laying around here and there. Most likely just an oversight by the cleaning crew. Our son is deathly allergic to peanuts so we quickly wiped every surface down just to be safe. That is not the condos owners fault and truly just a minor thing that we handled. However, all of the beds need an update. They were so firm that it felt like someone had flipped the mattress over and we were on the side that should be facing down. My daughter and her friend complained about the same thing and that they felt the springs. None of us got a good nights rest for a whole week. Please consider purchasing a a super fluffy mattress cover. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be repeat customers! We would recommend staying here.

Comfortable accommodations close to shops and restaurants

This is a roomy unit that was a perfect size for our family of 5. ( 2 adults and 3 young kids). We were there over Christmas and the unit was decorated very nicely with a beautiful tree! The two patios were a great touch. It was warm enough for us to enjoy both a bit during the day. The room itself was a little old but had a nice upgraded shower in the master bath. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and soap. The sink had several scratches on one side and there was not a dishcloth or sponge to hand wash but the dishwasher worked fine. We had a couple of minor issues the first night with lights and the internet, but the owner was very responsive and sent maintenance to assist. The Wi-Fi did not work well our entire stay. The maintenance person said it was an issue with the router and suggested we use the property public Wi-Fi. This was an ok work around but also did not work consistently. The property grounds are nice and close to many attractions in the Pigeon Forge area. If you are looking for a more secluded stay, this may not be the best spot for you because the property is right off a main street and you can hear traffic on the porch facing the parking lot and street throughout the day. But you don’t hear anything in the unit. The indoor pool and hot tub were great and the property check in area had hot chocolate, cider and coffee available daily. The property has a decent exercise area also. Overall, I would recommend as a good value and comfortable stay.

Ideal family stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Pigeon Forge! The unit was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for our family getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable after a day of sightseeing. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the lovely view. The location was fantastic — close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

Beautiful condo/second stay

This was our second time renting this condo and it was as wonderful as our first. The condo is always clean/fresh. The views are stunning. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfy. The pool/lazy river are fun; the provided beach towels are a great touch. Brad, the owner, is easy to work with (I booked the wrong dates originally and he let me change them no questions/issues). We love this place and plan to make it our annual stopping point.

Spring Break 2024

Check in was easy and quick. Location is great, as it is located a street over from the main drag through Pigeon Forge. Indoor pool area was really nice with clean bathrooms. The lazy river opened the day before we left, so we didn’t get to enjoy it much, but for the day we did we loved it. The water is heated so it was really pleasant. Kids loved the inflatable bouncy pad and the playground as well. The room itself was really clean and the balcony is large. The kitchen was decently stocked to allow for cooking meals. The large jetted tub was also a really nice addition. All in all, we loved the property and would highly recommend it!

Excellent condo

The views were amazing. The unit was cery clean and well kept. It was an amazing place to stay. The amenities for the little ones are well kept. The walkway along the Little Pigeon River is peaceful, relaxing and georgous. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The pictures dont say enough about this condo.
