“I’ve already written a review. We checked in and checked out within 45min. We got two rooms. The rooms smelled and we changed rooms three times because of the smell dirty, dirty toilet seats chips on the floor hair on the beds. What a nightmare! Asked for a refund and was told we had to work with Expedia and I am still waiting for a reply and it’s been a week. Not to mention others in the lobby, complaining in one of them showed me their room.”

“This is the hotel that my family and I chose to rest at on our way to Florida. It is comfortable, clean, has a good breakfast, and the service is very good.”

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The only maintenance issue I noticed was that the bathroom sink drained very slowly and never seemed to fully empty. One suggestion for improvement would be adding a second mirror in the bathroom or dressing area. When two people are getting ready at the same time, having a dual-mirror setup would make the space much more convenient. Despite these minor issues, the cleanliness……

“Great hotel. Stayed here several times and will stay again. It feels like home away from home for us. Nice clean rooms, great lobby, convenient to highway.”

“The breakfast was limited to what you could have and they were out of a lot of things, and it wasn’t being refilled in a timely manner. The phones in the rooms to call the front desk doesn’t work. I had to walk down to request for some more towels they were very nice in providing, but yet not letting people know. The phone system doesn’t work.”

“Breakfast staff was helpful and nice. At check in he just handed us the cards to our room. Didn't tell us room number or where the elevators were. Just followed other people to the elevators. Red stains on the couch arms. Hope it wasnt blood. Clean rooms other than that. Overall just a normal hotel stay. Not sure how it's a Hilton.”

“The property looked like other Tru properties where we’ve stayed and the room appeared the same but a closer look showed it’s an older property and the needs some updating. The bed linens were thin, dingy, the pillows smelled a bit and the bed was lumpy, hard and very uncomfortable and should be replaced. We got to the breakfast area at 9:40 but the juice and yogurt machine were both empty and the coffee was weak and that’s usually all we have. The food manager should do better. I definitely……

“While the receptionist was helpful, it's an old property in need of repairs. The bathroom was in terrible shape. Okay to spend night.”

“Staff was great, 2 bed 2 bath room needs some changes, room 112 has a cracked across the back of one bathroom sink. The drapes in main living room has tears, chews, or cut out positions should be changed. Keep up the good work.”

“Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day.”
