“This is such a special place! The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet even if you have neighbors on either side and above you, but the best part? The ground floor rooms have a slider that opens onto a fenced, lush and soft green grassy area with picnic tables! Also each room has privacy walls with a table and 2 chairs in the shade. We had our husky with us and he was in LOVE with the grassy area in the back. Of course we brought our……

“The place was great with the exception of the room had a foul odor from the start. We should have moved rooms but were lazy. The place is great but WOW on the odor. Not sure why that wasn't addressed prior to our check in”

Throughout our interaction, he exhibited zero patience, spoke to me in an inappropriately high tone, and treated me with a complete lack of respect. As a guest woman, I expect a welcoming and safe environment. The hostile behavior displayed by your employee was unacceptable and significantly impacted my impression of your establishment.”

“The rooms we had were nice with a beautiful stone fireplace and a lovely balcony view of the Deschutes river. The place was pet friendly so we could take our 2 dogs. Staff were pleasant and helpful. They had movies playing every night which was a thrill for my granddaughter. There was access to fish a world class fly fishing river. There was a lovely nature trail just a couple of blocks away. We attended a concert during our stay and were pleased to find out that they had a shuttle service……

“Front door to room did not lock, keypad slow and apparently uselessly. Had to empty a full load of dishes from the dishwasher. Signage for finding building, parking, and dog areas is confusing. Dog areas small and not well fenced. Nowhere to dump trash. No way to pay the pet fee on Expedia and then it was a huge hassle and took multiple calls to do it. Bed is very high and hard to get in and out of. Only one coaster in the whole room. Rickety AC window unit. No DVD player even though it was in……
