Four Points by Sheraton is a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Its location is ideal, right on the edge of Chinatown. Excellent service, modern amenities and we had the privilege of staying in a room that had a perfect view of the second tallest building in the world, the Merdeka 118. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. very nice room, great staff, great location. breakfast was terrible though, long queue waiting to be seated. food was worse than a fast food store, great staff though. need a huge improvement on food and beverage. stayed here for 3 nights with breakfast plan, only went there once as i didn’t want to waste my quota on the crappy food. overall the hotel is very good, especially the room and staff, 90 out of 100. The check in and check out were super smooth, almost non existant. The room had a great city view as promised, it was clean spacious and the pillows were one of the best I ever experienced in a hotel. The staff are friendly, and respectful.
