“Contactless check-in, key codes for entry, and texting communication made the whole process seamless and smooth. The rooms present as apartment-style, both spacious and updated with a rustic feel near the heart of downtown. It was a wonderful experience.”

“The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

“Beautiful hotel room, beautiful lobby, and a great free breakfast in the ! Very conveniently located so that you can walk to just about anything. We went to a concert at the Ascend amphitheater and it was only about a 10 minute walk. We also walked up to music row and enjoyed the many venues there. Staff was pleasant, grounds were pleasant, Parking was a bit more reasonable here than in some of the other hotels in this area.”

“This property was spectacular! It was beautiful, unique, clean, comfortable beds, (free) water, snacks, and other conveniences, Those with mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb steps into the building and potentially to your room. Also, while there are signs to rooms, they’re a little hard to read at night and not at the entrance.”

“Loved the entire experience however the hotel was in the process of a remodel which limited access to some of the amenities. Staff was amazing, hotel is beautiful. Only blocks from Nissan Stadium and Broadway (easy walk to both).”

“Great home base for CMA fest. Onsite food options are limited but there is no lack of restaurants in this area. Lot’s of construction around the area but the hotel can’t do anything about the noisy neighbors.”
