The property's mid-Cape location makes it the perfect home base for expeditions either toward Eastham and Chatham toward the south or Provincetown to the north, with all the beaches, shopping, and restaurants in that big swathe of the Cape. "Nothing fancy but the rooms are nice, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I liked that the property is right on the beach and less than a mile from downtown Privincetown so you can walk if you'd like. Only things i didn't give 5 stars on were that the fire ring in the courtyard (which is a very nice feature) kept going on and off (the wind may have had something to do with that). Also the beach would have been a bit nicer had they done a daily cleanup of all the seaweed that lines the beach. Overall a very pleasant stay and I will use this hotel when we return. "
