“This was a nice hotel about a 10 min walk away from the main street in PTown. Our room faced the pool, everything was clean, and the shower was great! Only stayed for 1 night and felt like the price was good. Breakfast had a small selection of fruits and cereal, but you could ask for hot items like sandwiches and croissants. Being April, there weren't many people around so I can only imagine how busy the town would be in the summer!”

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
