"The apartment is nice, but I would never stay again, the mattress were Terrible, super hard I felt sleeping on a rock, the air conditioning in the living room didn’t work, the WIFI a disaster, the towel super old and they only left one toilet paper per bathroom. No washer machine. Not a good experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. "

"The communication with the host was the worst, he spoke to us in a very arrogant and rude tone. He threatened to cancel the reservation several times because I wasn’t answering right away. He said he did not have to be trying to contact me because it was not his job. I asked a very simple question about the payment I had to do, and he made it a problem. He charged us for a deposit that was not stated in hotels.com. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Worst experience."
