Hiding fees and bad customer service
We arrived late at night and security guard didn't let us in because he didn't have our names in his guest list, no body told him that we were checking in that day. After 3 hours of calling finally they let us in. That was around 2am. The apartment only have a/c in the rooms. Doesnt have blackout curtains, so the light hits the room very early. The master bathroom sink was clogged. Not toilet paper or soap. You need to bring your own. Also you have to pay an extra fee to the owner ( we didn't know about that) plus a resort fee to be able to enter the building. I wouldn't say here in the future. Th here are better and closer hotels to the down town than this one.

I didn't meet our expectations.
The building was nice however the staff was not very friendly, they charged $15,000 CO$ per person for a paper bracelet that was unnecessary. The power went out one night and felt in a sauna room. I wouldn't come back nor recommend it .

Beautiful Rooftop Infinity Pool
The infinity pool located on the rooftop made the trip all worth it. Beautiful 360° views of El Rodadero. Make sure to visit during the sunset to see pure beauty. Walking distance of beach was a plus.
