“My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Sana Tulum Hotel. We've traveled quite a bit together and it's all in the details for us.
We had valet service throughout our stay, complimentary welcome drinks, our room was serviced twice a day, the check-in and out process was pleasant including the chilled hand towels they offer (scented with rosemary and eucalyptus essential oils) to freshen up throughout the day. “The place is romantic, warm and cozy. The service is excellent. Everyone is beyond kind so the entire staff, from room cleaners to waiters, to receptionists, are always welcoming you with a smile (a special thanks to Letty).
They reserved plenty of attentions throughout the week that made the stay so special. They accommodated our requests with kindness and patience.
