1. Check in issue was the security deposit, which is selected at random by the staff, stayed before and they double wht they put on hold per day.
2. Beautiful room , 5323 army of cleaning staff -but dirty under bed, told them about a burned out light on the first day - they never changed it.
3. Never been in a hotel that staff is eager to argue and fight , we had breakfast at la caña on Friday , a rest tht sits about 200 we were 2 tables in, 2 ppl and a 4 ppl table , waiter was rude to us because we asked were was our breakfast after waiting for 40mins.
4. Inconsistent service , no turned down service last night of the stay , like any 3 star hotel - not a expected in this 5 star hotel - and we were dealt with the “we will call you back in 5 mins , answer , which they never did and we kept calling back. We had to do with no clean towels for next morning.
5. At no point before we left , or while checking out did someone from management approached us to explain or excuse the lack of service, and of course they double charged our card which till date we are still waiting for the to release of the hold .
Shame such a nice property is run so poorly while being incredibly staffed but without training. Definitely quality over quantity does apply.
