“Need’s many repairs smoke detector has a bag over it. Unable to regulate the water temperature in shower. TV box controller was melted who knows why. Two remote controls batteries were only in one of them. Uncomfortable beds room needed a deep clean. Tub needs replaced long overdue for a remodel!”
