We love this hotel. Excellent staff, wonderful rooms. Best was that it is within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Love the heated bathroom floors! We will definitely return.
I stayed in the hotel during a bad snow storm - spent more time in the room as a result, and didn't see much of the city. I think the location is good - but all I saw was blowing snow! The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Amenities seemed very good. The staff was terrific. Always helpful, courteous, ...
The staff were very helpful and allowed me to communicate with them in French, which I appreciated. The location was close to great restaurants and Vieux Quebec. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
From the moment we pulled up in front of the Hotel 71 we were treated royally. Luke, valet on duty, was on top of getting us to registration where Alexandra checked us in and told us all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Luke settled us into our room (730) with the fantastic view. Francine ...
I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is a wonderful mix between old and new, with wonderful staff. Right across the park from the chateau Frontenac and well located for touristic activities.
We stayed at Hotel PUR Quebec, for the weekend. The location just worked for us, close to St Jean street, and all the "happening" restaurants, very trendy and hype area.we liked very much the furnishing, and decorations... We love the Portraits in the Public areas. The only down thing about our stay, ...
Great hotel near old Quebec City. Only complaint was we stayed on the 16th floor and were amazed at the level of street noise you could hear. Not what we expected but still a very enjoyable stay.
No matter your interests: museums shopping, history this location has it all in a renovated building with great amenities close to the historic district. Quiet with a good restaurant and many others within easy strolling distance.
We stayed here for a few nights & rented 2 rooms for our family. Hotel is clean, staff is great but it's such an ordeal to get to your room. We had to take 2 separate elevators (or an escalator & an elevator) & our room was the very futherest at the end of several hallways so it was a mission every ...
prime spot in old quebec ...some of the suites have a real fireplace which is rare rare in hotel in this cold city ...near very good restaurants , chateau forntenac and museum ....room have cachet
Had a good time, the area where the hotel is located was nice. It was our first time in Canada and the hotel was very neat, fancy looking, not hyper modern, but not old either. I enjoyed the stay, but didn't spend as much time taking advantage of all the amenities.
hotel Acadia is a very nice historic hotel as in most historic hotels there was no elevator we stayed in what was called a superior room which looked just like the picture of the room I booked very pleased we stayed on the 4 floor ,lobby was nice, close to everything in old town Québec we walked ...
We loved our stay at the Clarendon. It's location is convenient to all of the walled city of Quebec. It is super convenient to the Christmas market (directly across the street from the upper half of this market in 2017) and only a very short walk to pretty much any part of QC. Our room was lovely ...
All a bit too hard, check in was a few doors down at their sister hotel. The building being over 200 years old had character but the room was just too small and claustrophobic. Having said that the hotel Champlain (the sister hotel) provide all their amenities to you. A good budget hotel.
This was my first time in Quebec to visit the German Christmas market. This hotel was so close not only to the market, but the other "must sees" in Quebec. I will definitely stay there again on a return visit, which I hope is soon.
