"Horrible smell once we arrived, 2 hour delay check-in, no one is ever available for assistance, pool is dirty, food is terrible may make you sick, broken kitchen sink, towel smelled mildew, no Iron, no utensil in the kitchen, no WiFi, no body shower gel only shampoo n conditioner, one wash cloth per room, this is absolutely not a resort nothing about it says resort this place has the potential to be extremely beautiful however it is not I’m extremely disappointed ☹️ ten thumbs down 👎"
