“I recently stayed at this property (Torre Malibu, PH #902), and I cannot recommend it enough! This was my first trip to Puerto Vallarta, and the host made it completely unforgettable. Their communication was well above 5 stars—not only did they answer all of my questions promptly, but they also provided some fantastic local recommendations. Check-in was super easy, and the host maintained that level of stellar, fast communication throughout the entire stay, making check-out a breeze as well.……

“Check in went smoothly. With good arrival communication and with responses regarding questions on replenished water, laundry facilities, garbage location. Bed comfortable rooms spacious. Ceiling fans need repairing and worked best on medium or high speed. The place could use upgrades but what the description says on the ad is accurate. Could use better fans in bathrooms to move air. It is the top floor and was made aware of that. Not sure why the buildings say no pets but there are many on-site.”

“Great place to stay. We enjoyed watching whales and sunsets from our balcony. We spent a lot of time enjoying the many pools. The suite and building were clean and well maintained. The location was close to a large grocery store which was handy. It was a short walk to catch the bus. Easy to use a bus or Uber to downtown or the marina. The host was easy to reach and solved nearly all of our requests quickly.”
