"Great location, great staff. The ballrooms and other event amenities looked great. We saw lots of wedding groups. The rooms were clean but opportunity to modernize. For example, having USB-C charging options and more connection points for devices would be nice. No market pantry for a quick grab and go option and the fact that the onsite restaurant is not open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday is a bit inconvenient, esp if you're in a rush but plenty of options nearby. "

"We were put on the 5th floor and there was NO elevator! I have back issues and couldn't get my money back. The towels were dirty and there were no washcloths. We had to wait 15 minutes or more for front desk worker to finish her conversation on the phone to check in!"
