“Hotel had efficient check-in - but do not have plans on getting an early check-in. We called the night before and very early the morning of our arrival in hopes of getting an early check-in (around 2:00 or 3:00 versus 4:00) and were told that would not be possible. We made do but with a hotel this size, and being a status member - I felt it was a minor request. Room was lovely - corner suite with all of the amenities however, we were only given 3 bath towels for a room sleeping 6. No robes,……
