“Our host had a very thoughtful warming gift upon our arrival. Ty he furnishing and accommodations were excellent. Recommend highly.”

“This place was abominable, do not rent from Heath Green or The Kentucky. The kitchen was infested with mouse evidence, on ALL dishes, inside the toaster, everywhere. There was no heat, and 6 messages were received then we were constantly lied to that it would be fixed. The front door looks as a gas station where several homeless persons watched us because the front blinds are broken and provide no privacy. DO NOT RENT from these slumlords.”

“Everything was perfect, we had to make a change to the reservation and the host responded immediately and was very helpful in getting that taken care of. It is a great place and a fantastic location if you need to be near the university and downtown.”

“Very cute and clean place, excellent communication by host. The neighborhood was very nice and the property was filled with large and beautiful potted plants. Cute gazebo in the back yard, and ample parking both on and off street. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost ”

“Excellent as always! This was the second time we’ve stayed. The house is comfortable and well cared for. We love the location which is walking distance to downtown, the library, campus, and our favorite coffee shop. Though there is a great coffee set up in the house as well. It’s well stocked with kitchen gear, towels, etc. The host is easy to communicate with. It’s a small thing but I also love the abundance of real plants in the house. ”

“We stay at this multi-unit VRBO when we come to visit family in Richmond KY. This place is ADORABLE, cozy and comfortable. We LOVE the decor - each unit represents an element (water, fire, Earth and Sun). Very clean, well equipped with extras of bottles of water and coffee/tea for the Keurig. Lots of live plants that are well cared for. Definitely recommend this gem VRBO when visiting Richmond!”

“Cant say enough good things. My knees didnt like the stairs but the apartment was GREAT! Super clean, well equipped, comfy bed, nice a quiet, plenty of hot water, (yes thats important) Super close to everything.... PERFECT get away. Thank you - we had a very nice family weekend.”
