“Very clean, staff was great. The pictures of the pool were misleading. Maybe it was pictures of another location, but the pool was TINY!”

“The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member……

“No hottub, but it also doesnt advertise one so i should have known. That was all the negativity i had tho. The hotel was very clean and family friendly, great customer service from the staff (specifically the night shift girl, she was amazing) and the breakfast was actually good ”

“Everything about what you pay for, However they completely ignore your Do not Disturb sign on your door. I was woken up to banging at 7am for them to grab my trash, and once at 11 for them to do a full cleaning on the room. Both times I had my sign up. The lady at the counter mentioned no manditory cleanings either. Just an inconvenience, really.”

“Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!”

“The rooms are all redone. It was clean and no bugs!! Loved that if I needed a shower chair there was one available already in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and the staff was amazingly kind. Definitely will be returning when its time to stay in the area again.”

“My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. I could not only hear the guests upstairs but also feel them jumping through the headboard of the bed. This is not a problem that is easily fixed, but during……
