I really want to support this hotel but it has major issues. Water was coming in through the walls during a major thunderstorm and pooling on the floor of my room. You can tell the building has water intrusion issues when you walk into the building because it smells super musty and you can see water damage on all the walls when you walk down the hallway of the first floor. To top the cake when I walked out of my room in the morning there was a giant roach that greeted me outside my door. When I notified the front desk about it in the morning and that I wanted the manager to call me they said that I would have to call the manager. This is terrible customer service. I should not have to call the manager, the manager should call me. This hotel needs to invest in fixing the building and getting the roaches out of the walls. I won't be going back.
