“Very clean room, helpful staff, easy location off highway, good price. Very comfortable night stay. I recommend it.”

“The TV was very difficult to operate. The pool looked like it needed to be cleaned and the lighting was dark. The breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fin.”

“Stay was fine but we require handicap access they advertise the room as accessible but doesn’t meet ADA requirements no hand bars in bathroom no way to lift yourself from potty. Their staff member, William, found us a shower chair and directed me to a hardware store to buy potty assist chair. The bed is so high the portable step we carry with us wasn’t high enough had to sleep on couch. The doors and entry ways have a step except at the entrance so every time we went in and out we had to go……

“When your pool is down for maintenance ( even if you're offering the pool from the hotel across the parking lot) your price should be discounted. I'm not about to walk across the parking lot to the neighboring hotel after dark! Very disappointing that this wasn't known ahead of time and then have the price adjusted. Also the ice machine on my floor was not operating/out of order. Another disappointment. The bed was very comfortable.”

“Exceptionally large hotel, we kept getting lost! Nice to have an on-site restaurant and bar. They have a large indoor pool that while we were there was absolutely overwhelmed with kids. The room, once we found it, was good. The door did not automatically close and latch, so we had to be careful to do that. Forgot to tell management the next day. Clean hotel, comfortable room and furnishings.”
