We came back from disney world late at night after being there the whole day, without any communication before we left of no water being available in our room. This was very inconnvient for our whole family to come back late and tired with no shower. No one did anything to accomdate us better or atleasr give us credit for that day missed without basic necessities. The shipwreck waterpark also charges a separate fee to get in.
