As soon as Dan who was working the front desk realized this, he arranged a first floor room for us without being asked which was very appreciative. Room was very clean and quiet."

Then the very next day I get charged $75.00 because they said the bathroom was something on the sheets from the kids. I ask to talk to the manager and they said they would call me right back well 5 hours later no phone call "
