The room was clean. Bed was not comfortable and pillows too small compared to what I'm used to. I prefer softer bed and larger pillows, but that's just my personal taste. Very happy with everything else. TV remote was not working. Staff brought a new one up very quickly. Was charged an extra $50 when we got there for "incidentals" that I wasn't expecting but was refunded within a few hours of checking out.
