"The room was ready, clean and comfortable. Rather large. Air conditioning in room did not seem to work. Got s little warm overnight. Elevators had outages which led to some small waits. Casino was fun. All employees (check in, cleaning staff, casino staff and bistro) were friendly and helpful."

"Never accept room 107. The one wall is the kitchen/bar. The door is outside the bar area so you hear everything from staff and people at bar. The supply room and janitor closet are right outside the room door. So loud all night long was the absolute worst."

"The overall stay was acceptable however there was an issue with one of their security guards. I will spare you the details, but it was very unprofessional. Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The nightstand was sticky, and there were a pair of somebody’s eyeglasses on the floor between the right side of the nightstand and the wall. I enjoyed their breakfast buffet one morning and it was absolutely delicious and lots of variety. The front desk staff were really nice and super helpful. I’m bad with names, but Elizabeth was super friendly."

"Breakfast menu was not custom prepared. No omelet station or similar preparations. The only hot meal item was the supplied waffle machine. This hotel has no restaurant to supplement the free breakfast. The check in clerk never once looked at me, his face was always down. Did not address me by name nor ask if I needed anything. He was totally BLAH and lifeless. This is a totally self service hotel. Rooms were cleaned and the mini kitchen stocked with pots, pans, eating utensils and other basic sundries. A full size refrigerator and dishwasher were welcome appliances. TV was overly complicated to use and had to be reprogrammed everytime it was turned off and on."
