“Couldnt access the front door entrance when checking in. We were told the pool wasn’t available, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. After checking in, found large toenail clippings in the carpet! Also, black marks on pillows, possibly makeup? I was told that I should’ve contacted the main desk about this. I feel the room should’ve been properly cleaned before I checked in. After driving over 4 hours I didn’t feel like changing rooms, or having bed linens changed. Later, at 10 pm at……
