The kitchen has nice finishes, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave, and a breakfast bar. The nook area has a dining table and windows with a view to the pool area. Adjoining the great room is a den/TV room with comfortable seating, TV, and books for you to enjoy.



The home's highly desired split floorplan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. The primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and sliders to the lanai area. The en-suite bathroom features dual sinks, oval soaking bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and door to the lanai area. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. The family bathroom has a single vanity, and a shower over the tub combination. All bathrooms have hair dryers.
