This spacious, open floor plan 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers gorgeous water views, a saltwater pool, easy access to numerous golf courses, and is only 15 minutes from Boca Grande Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida. Enjoy gorgeous beach-theme decorations, plush couches, two dining rooms, a king bed, a queen bed, a twin bed, and full over twin bunks, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, complete with new appliances, a spacious bar with four bar stools, coffee, assorted teas, sugar, and spices. There are also puzzles, games, and plenty of wonderful books for those occasional rainy days. Be sure to check out the owner’s poetry book - she’s a published author!
