“Requested 2 Queen Beds, but I only got 1 King bed room. The staff should ask me first before changing the room type. ”

“The only problems were that you couldn’t control the air conditioner and the Wi-Fi was out. The location was good. There were lots of stores in the general area. However, the stores were closed because it was Sunday.”

“Everything was really good, lots of restaurants and king of prussia mall across the street. Great breakfast.”

“very bad experience, the air conditioner is very noisy and keeps me awake all the night.”

“This hotel is run down. Furniture is shabby in the common areas. And, when we arrived in our room, the toilet had been used, needed a flush, and clearly had not been cleaned. The front desk was helpful and sent housekeeping up pretty quickly so credit for that. Also the room was just WET. Air conditioner cooled but the air was noticeably wet making for a pretty unpleasant stay. ”

“Not accommodating as should have been...if in an emergency situation there's no way to know which way to go....called customer service and connected to RSV line that couldn't xfer me to the front desk and once at the front desk couldn't direct me to the lobby from my location in the hotel. Walked around to front of hotel from the outside like a bag lady. Missed my 1st ride share...it took 30mins to just leave this location even my 2nd ride share had to loop around to pick up across the street.……
