Very helpfull staff, always with a smile, quiet, near shopping center and restaurant at walking distance but a car would be easier. We appreciated to be near ( few km) the Nature Park ( Rivière du Moulin) and relaxed after a country skiing day in the hotel pool and spa.

The motel was enovated and the rooms are comfy and clean. There was no hand soap by the sink in the bathroom. They don't put them out anymore. So you need to grag body gel from the shower to wash your hands. And sorry folks, only one coffee each per day.

I won't return Internet issue!

Slow internet! Is it normal in 2025. I was there for a buisness trip and it was impossible to complet my following morning presentation. I had to used my data on my phone to complete my work. I don't recommend this hotel. Internet service is essential in 2025!

This is our third (fourth?) time at this property and we got to first time experience their bizarre policy of switching the Internet password without notification. Worse yet the front desk staff didn't know the policy. No big deal, but weird. The property still needs a face lift, the roads in/out especially; ugly potholes, etc. The room was fine, the staff did their best...

There wasnt enough coffee for all adults occupants in the room and the frint desk didnt have any with them. There was no creamer or sugar at all in the room nor at the front desk. Nothing to write on and nothing to write with either in the room. Beds and pillows were comfortable though. Also i could hear the man in the next room urinating.
