We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. “I had a very disappointing experience at Red Roof Inn Plus. Both the rooms was in an unacceptable condition when I checked in. It was visibly dirty, with dust, stains, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made it uncomfortable to stay. The bed linens did not appear fresh, and the room gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before being assigned to guests. The bathroom was in even worse condition. The toilet flush was not working properly. Cleanliness is a basic expectation……
