8.2/10 Very Good! (546 reviews)
We rented a unit with a seperate bedroom so we could have privacy but the door to the bedroom couldn't be closed because there was no a/c to that bedroom and the oscillating fan was broken. We were thankful for the a/c because the area was experiencing unusually high temps while we were there. The front door was damaged upon check in, which was concerning. There were little things like this that were disappointing, the staff did acknowledge my concerns but no other action was taken. The building seemed older and the balcony needed some repair. The location was excellent! And included parking!

Staff was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. Only reason why i can’t give a 5 star review is because the TV didn’t really work. After a long day it would be nice to come back to a tv that has working channels instead of choppy signal or just not loading at all.

I probably would not visit this resort again. I reserved a one bedroom suite with a pullout sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs of the very thin mattress. The front desk did nothing and offered no resolution. I could hair and dust on the bathroom floor. I was on the second floor, had to climb up about twenty stairs, with all of our things, there are no elevators. Since it was the first time for us staying at the resort, I had no idea that there weren’t any elevators provided, and all the stairs that had to be walked. The agent who checked the sand did not even ask if we had any restrictions with walking. I would not stay here again. I was not happy with the with the service.
