"Staff was very helpful and nice, Rooms were clean, rooms a little smaler than what I'm use but ok. Gym is ok enough to keep your fitness up, Place was secure, there's a lot of food place close by, Moscone Center is 11 mins walk away. I enjoyed my stay"

Decent breakfast, the only real negative was that one of the building’s two elevators went out during our stay but that’s nobody’s fault. Made it tricky to get up and down to the top floor. Nice view from the room as well."

"The bed was a full, not a queen. The fire alarm malfunctioned and the entire hotel was evacuated in the middle of the night and we were told it was a circuitry issue. The TV did not work. This place sucked."
