“I would not rent this place if you have a family. He charged extra a week after our stay for additional cleaning. There are blankets covering older, dark colored dated couches. The flooring is not even with a huge dip near the sliding glass doors. When I tried to inquire as to why we were being charged, he was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his responses.
