“The front desk staff was helpful, but we had issues upon check in. The credit card reader wouldn't work. The room we were given was left open, the toilet was clogged and there were bugs in the sink. The front desk immediately gave us another room, which was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not the worst I've had, but not the best either. The breakfast room was rather small. It was a good hotel for a quick overnight stay while traveling. I would stay again. The price was……

“The staff were a delight; the location, however, was in disrepair. The pool area was not maintained well; the ceiling and walls were crumbling. I think they might have been in the middle of renovating the carpet in the hallways? The carpeting was cut but there was no molding to keep the seams flat, so we tripped over the carpet multiple times and not once did any member of staff mention anything about renovation efforts. Breakfast was okay. We have stayed here in the past and had NONE of these……

“Room was great.. on 2nd floor .. a lot of noise from other guest, banging on door , yelling … banging on wall … very disturbing wasn’t no fault of hotel but no one ever came to address problem this went on from 10 pm to 12:30 am.. had a hard time falling asleep .. didn’t know if crazy guest had a gun .. sounded like he was abusing his wife or girlfriend.. pretty sad”

“Room was small but mighty. It had everything we needed for our family of 3. It’s an older property but maintained well. For a long weekend at cedar point, this was a great location and excellent value.”

“When I checked into my room the sheets and covers filthy. Stains were on the counter and hair follicles left all over the sink. The only good thing was the breakfast.”
