“The room smelled like cigarettes. the A/C unit sounded like a diesel truck and vibrated the entire room when it ran. There is what appears to be a large patch of black mold above the shower head. Front door broken, could not lock it Feces on the wall under the Toilet paper. 2 SMALL pillows for the bed. Holes in the walls Carpet was nasty, I keep my shoes on Honestly I was afraid of what the bed might have.”

“I like that it is located in Carlinville. It was comfortable and staff was very friendly. I would have liked either juice or milk for breakfast instead of only coffee.”

“First room they gave us was under construction. Second room was fine but humid and warm. Reservation said it included breakfast but no breakfast was available and no compensation was given. Hotel said it was Expedia’s fault and Expedia said it was hotel’s fault. Sounds pretty convenient for those companies but not for the customer. Very frustrating.”
