“The kind of place you almost don’t want to review so it stays a best kept secret. But seriously, this was a great find. Spacious, clean, easy access, and a 4 min drive from Vernon Downs, where I was attending a conference. There were a nice amount of amenities for the price point. Good quality towels and toiletries. Comfortable bed with good quality pillows and bedding. Convenient check-in/out, parking, etc. Easy to connect to WiFi, Bluetooth shower speaker, and YouTube TV, thanks to thorough……

“A group of us stayed at this property while I'm town for a tournament in Utica. The property was extremely clean and definitely well maintained. The owner Joel is very cool dude and very out going. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. And his communication was pretty much instant. No waiting for hours or a day for a reply. The location is on a very quiet road but still close enough to every thing you might need. We will be booking this again next year if the……

“It was a rainy night when we checked in, and we were so delighted when we opened the French doors and got our first glimpse of this lovely, cozy, comfortable, very spacious room! It's totally private and opens on a large yard. We never saw our hosts, but I assume they were 30 seconds away if we needed them -- so kinda the best of both worlds in that department. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and we only wish it could have been more than one night.”

“This was the most welcoming home I've stayed in. There was a gift basket on the counter and festive place settings had been laid out on the table. There were other nice touches, such as a selection of low-priced toiletries available in case we had forgotten something. My wife appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. “Our stay was perfect , absolutely welcoming . House was clean plenty of room for my guest and celebrated my mother’s 61st birthday. Not far from the casino . Beds are very comfortable, immediately walking into the homie vibes of taking the shoes off is a plus for me , the smell of essential oils .
