Very friendly people and amazing atmosphere!

Clean and easy to get to. Staff very friendly.

For a basic motel, this was as good as you can get.

Modern, clean hotel in a cute college town. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful.

We upgraded to suite for in room hot tub . Suite was HUGE! It was more like an apartment. Had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop . Living room w pullout couch, the bathroom was very large , very very clean w a huge walk in shower and jetted tub. Granite countertop, bedroom was giant with the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel. Super soft sheets and down duvet. 5 pillows all supremely soft and sink into quality. I would absolutely stay here again...they have a shuttle to...

On my check in, the receptionist was super friendly. I was so tired from 4hrs driving as he was so kind and sincere to me. The room was clean and comfortable.

Mike was a great host and made a great breakfast. Covid protocols were followed carefully which was important to us. Great stay!

I love the Hotel Utica! From the wonderful, exceptional staff to the beautiful lobby, to the wonderful views of the city from the windows. The staff there is so helpful and friendly, everyone takes pride in working there. The lady who cooks the buffet breakfast makes different things every day. And just looking at the beauty of the architecture will amaze you. You could not find artists to create something like this hotel today. Highly recommend! Lovely quaint inn with friendly staff and beautiful rooms We will be back!

It was clean, quiet, and the general manager Kylie was exceptional!!

Clean, tons of parking, and really friendly people! One note is that the shower is a bit small which was fine for me but if you are a taller or bigger person you could have some trouble.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. This is one the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.

We were in town for a wedding. The location was great, room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was DELISH!

This place is terrific. Very helpful staff. Perfect for families and a convenient location close to town. We would come back here again!

Very nice facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Verona during a concert event at Turning Stone Casino. My room was exceptionally clean and in very good conditional. I enjoyed and appreciated the customer service I received when I arrived and when I left.

Room was a little run down. Peeling wallpaper for example.

We stay here all the time.
