“Bathroom water was not warm , the beds were not clean nor clean linen on the bed. I had to hsve housekeeping clean my room .. I stood outside my room for 30 plus mins after check in because the lady had to clean the room. Very sad & very unprofessional u would like a curtesy credit or a refund . There was also people outside in the parking lot smoking marijuana outside of their vehicles”

“For the price, the room was acceptable. There had been some attempts to update the rooms. There was no carpet in the room we were in. The bed was hard and on a squeaky platform. The air-conditioning was set to 78 when we arrived at 11pm so it was warm in the room as we were trying to go to sleep. We left early in the morning so we did not check out the breakfast. My main complaint would be the person who checked us in was on her cell phone the whole time and nearly checked me in under someone……
