Beautiful place with a great pool!

Overall, we had a great stay at this property! There was plenty of seating for everyone to sit comfortably. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the large indoor pool. It's great having a king size bed, a nice sized tv and fans in all the bedrooms (beds are hard however and I usually prefer a firm mattress). The loft was nice and spacious (just missing a shower in the bathroom, but was ecstatic to even have a bathroom up there). Having a bathroom in the pool room was awesome! We did cook some meals during our stay. We must have been spoiled at other VRBOs we've stayed at because we were expecting basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, containers with matching lids, kleenexes, etc.

Family getaway

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay. Exactly the place my large family needed to have a great time. The only negative I would say would be that there was an ant problem. Any tiny speck of food had to be cleaned up or there would be swarms of ants. The dishwasher was also broken, which made it hard to load.

Great set up for multiple families with kids

The cabin is beautiful, newer build. The pool is nice to have on site. The kids get more swim time. The bedrooms have a nice set up with each having an en suite. The deck is nice to relax on. It's a nice distance from town, quiet but not too far. We had some issues with leaking plumbing and pests. Management has been great to work with. Hopefully, they are just working out some kinks with a newer property. They have assured me that our issues are being addressed. Overall, we had a good stay. With issues fixed, this is a great property.

Weekend church trip

This is our second time booking this cabin. The first time we stayed the pool and all of the beds made us want to stay again. Upon checking in the cabin was great but on the last night we found a live roach on the steps. We messaged the owners and they offered to come out that night.

Great cabin

Cabin was even better than advertised!!! The indoor pool that is attached to the house was awesome, and the management companybwas quick to address and correct any questions that we had during our stay

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here! Place was clean upon arrival, communication was good, location was convenient for grocery & restaurants, & the kids loved the indoor pool. Parking was also easy with multiple cars. Only complaint was we found a mouse in the basement during our stay.

Great Family Vacation

This was probably our favorite cabin we’ve stayed in so far. Love the pool and how it is on the main level. Kept the family together. Will definitely stay again.

Great home and location

The home was roomy. Pool, hot tub and game room were wonderful extras. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. Location to Townsend, Pigeon Forge and National Park was excellent

Good location and space

Good space for quality tume but not so big you would get lost. The location of the house is far enough from crowds but close enough for an easy drive.

Disappointed

When walking in the door I was looking forward to our mini vacation with family then things started falling apart… it was really hot to start out only to find the air conditioner was going out however I called the rental company while my husband was checking in out and they had someone out there that day. Then I went and turned the bed down and the sheets were stained and the mattress was lumpy! The hot tub ended up just being a tub because it wasn’t even warm little alone hot! Went to the local grocery store to get something for dinner.. when we started getting ready to prepare dinner there were only 2 small skillets and 2 small boilers so off to the store to get a bigger skillet and yes I left it for the other guest to use! It wasn’t all bad but just enough frustration of paying that kind of money to not get the quality that was expected needless to say I was ready to go home!

Serene Family Retreat: Perfect Cabin for All Ages

Our recent stay at this charming family-friendly cabin was nothing short of exceptional! Nestled in a tranquil wooded area, the cabin provided a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience, making it an ideal retreat for families with children of all ages. A highlight for the kids was the pool and large back deck. We love to grill, so it would have been great to have a gas grill or a larger updated charcoal grill on the back deck. It wouldn’t have been convenient to grill in the front driveway away from the house. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. The outdoor furniture was pretty stained and not so comfortable, but the deck and view was beautiful.

Dissapointrd.i wanted a heated in door pool and it aays that it is bur its definitely not just the room my shower had mold in it i found the previous prople before us sclothes in my room

Nice cabin with some issues

Shower curtains had mold, other shower didn’t now have a shower curtain at all. Garbage can was broken and dirty. Mold in another shower. Spider webs by windows. Beer case left over previous guest. And garbage was not picked up during our stay. Other than these issues the cabin was really nice pool and hot tub worked good rooms were nice. Vacasa is the group who you deal with once booked.

Amazing!!

The cabin was wonderful and the booking and check in process was very easy. The indoor pool and hot tub sold us for our children! We would recommend and stay again!!

Lots of amenities- loved the hot tub, outdoor fireplace, king beds, lots of tvs Not great - indoor pool was not heated, very misleading, movie room was just a big tv, game room was a small pool table and a small game system. There are no closets in this place, so we couldn’t really unpack, large kitchen table was nice but it took up too much room- you could hardly open the fridge. There are no infant accommodations at all. The location is no where near a Mountain View and is quite a trek to any of the local attractions. One of the beds had stained or dirty sheets. Also, this company charges lots of extra fees so don’t let the daily rate fool you. Will not use Vacasa again.

Loved it

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for the whole family! Our only issue was the Hot tub wasnt hot when we used it our first night. It was left in sleep mode, we were able to warm it up but took awhile. There was an issue with the pool heater but we were told before check-in and given an option to change houses. Even though the water was a tad cold the kids loved it! Definitely recommend

Family wedding

The property was very nice. The back porchwas amazingand we enjoyedtime outside everyday, even with above average temperatures, it was pleasant. My only negative is that it wasn't well stocked with things like dish soap, bathroom soap, and shampoo.
