We enjoyed this beautiful cabin with family and their dog. It was clean and owner was friendly and quick to respond. The cabin had comfy beds and nice big bathrooms. The location was excellent -20 minutes to Dollywood and the Parkway! We did see many bears! The road is steep but easy to find. I highly recommend staying here!

Adorable home in the mountains!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home was very well kept and beautifully situated in the mountains. Our host was very responsive and truly wanted us to have a great experience. This stay truly added to our first trip to the Smoky Mountains!

You won’t want to miss this one!

This place was perfect for our family and our big dog. The location was amazing—slightly closer to Pigeon Forge than Gatlinburg, but centrally located so we could easily access both. The house had everything we needed, and we felt right at home, as did our dog. It was spotless, and we even had a crockpot, which came in handy after a long day out. Our kids loved the hot tub, and I enjoyed the spacious deck. The layout of the home worked really well for us. I brought some workout gear, and while there wasn’t a lot of open space, I was able to make it work in the living room and on the deck. Gina and Ryan were incredibly communicative, making the stay feel personal and like staying at a friend's house. Our family grew very attached to this place, and leaving felt like leaving home.

Spring Break

A fantastic stay in a wonderful cabin in the perfect location! Super clean, well-stocked, and just like the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute. So did our boys and our dogs. Don’t think twice—just book it!

LOVED THIS CABIN!!

My family and I stayed here for our family vacation to the mountains. We were worried about finding a place we could stay at that allowed two bigger sized dogs, but then we discovered this cabin. It’s a lovely and comfy cabin in the woods. Gina and Ryan were super hosts who were quick to respond. They made the check in and out process easy. I highly recommend this cabin with Gina and Ryan. Thank you Gina and Ryan for giving us the opportunity to stay at your beautiful cabin.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. Very convenient to either pigeon forge or gatlinburg. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice property that is well kept. Easily accessible. Would recommend staying here. The owners are very informative and responsive.

Excellent Stay

The cabin had plenty of room for my family of 6 and two dogs! The cabin is decorated beautifully! It also came with everything we needed for the week! It was a wonderful stay and we will be back!

Thanksgiving

We had a lovely 4-night stay and found the home to be just as advertised. Owners were quickly responsive to questions. Views were beautiful. Easy to get to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, although most of our time was spent in the cabin. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. It was quite clean in all respects. My husband unfortunately left a jacket that owners said would be sent to us if cleaning crew found it, but we did not get it back, so be careful not to leave anything behind.

Overall, it was decent. Cabin smaller than expected. View wasnt that good. Too many trees surrounded house. Outside porch needed to be de-webbed. Too many webs & spiders.

Beautiful!!!

Me and my family along with my fur babies, had great time. The place was clean and comfortable. Very quite! Didn’t see any bears but when we were leaving we saw a coyote. Saw fireworks from Dollyworld. My husband and son enjoyed the pool table.

Cozy cabin

We enjoyed the cabin and the layout. The owners make sure little details are taken care of that you do not get from corporate rentals. We enjoyed the separate living spaces along with the hot tub and pool table. Neighborhood was quiet and location was convenient to Gatlinburg and PF. It is 20 minutes to anywhere with traffic. Owners were very wuick to respond to any inquiries which was impressive. Good Stay.

Rainy Days in the Smoky’s

Despite all of the rain, we had a wonderful time! The cabin is precious and just what we needed. The cabin was very clean, had plenty of towels, and all of the necessities we needed. The location was perfect! The cabin is located on a mountain and it’s close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We hope to return in the near future.

EXCELLENT CHOICE

We absolutely made the right choice!!! The Kick Back cabin was perfect and everything and more than what was expected. Didnt want to leave. The outdoor "living' area and how it is nesteled in the trees was calming and tranquil. The inside accommodations were perfect for our group of 2 couples and our small fur babies. Will definitely book again and again...it felt like home away from home.

Great location! INLn between the Pigeon Forge strip and Gatlinburg. Peaceful and very accommodating. We had such a lovely stay. This is a comeback cabin!

Very nice owners

We had a very nice stay. Place was very clean and the parking was good for two cars. Location was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Hot tub was great! Two bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level were roomy and bright. I liked the large standing mirror! If I had any suggestion I would increase the lighting in the main floor bedroom as it was very dark. The coffee bar was a nice touch!

Great place to stay when enjoying Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

This is a great spot in the area! Easy to find and easy to park your vehicle. Communication with the owner was easy and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for a family stay

I felt the property was a little smaller than expected. However, we enjoyed our stay. We sat on the deck, enjoyed seeing fireworks from assuming Dollywood or Anakeesta, using hot tub, and visiting with family. The mountain road up to cabin is tricky and google may not get it right. Try to arrive during daylight. It was really close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I would stay again.

Can not wait to book this fall!

Cabin is super cozy but also so spacious! My family of 4 stayed for 3 days after booking a couple of days in advance. Host were super responsive, and we had ZERO issues! Will be booking for every smokie Mountain trip!

TN Cabin Adventure

Perfect cabin for our family of 5 plus our pooch. First Gina & Ryan were very responsive and welcoming and made our stay a breeze. Cabin was perfect and a perfect base camp since it’s in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Cabin had all amenities for our weeklong stay and kids stayed entertained with the loft pool table and board games. To our surprise the internet was fast and when everyone was on a tv or device in the evening, we had no lag. If you are looking for the perfect getaway but close to everything the area has to offer, look no further! We look forward to our next stay.

We enjoyed our stay!

We had such a wonderful trip with our 4 kids (aged 11-15) and our goldendoodle! The cabin was just perfect for us. The layout was great as it allowed everyone to have their own space and yet come together when we wanted. Everything in the cabin worked flawlessly, and we had no complaints about the location or the host. I especially appreciated the personal touch of the customized locks from the host. The WiFi worked well overall, although it might lag a bit for extreme gamers. We were thrilled to find a doggie bowl and secured leashes for our pet so she could join us outside while we relaxed in the hot tub, which was nicely secluded by the layout and trees. The beds were firm and supportive, which was perfect for my husband, but not exactly my personal preference. Our goldendoodle managed with the limited ground space for bathroom breaks, so it wasn't to big of an issue. We're already looking forward to staying at this cabin again! Thank you❤️
