Million Dollar View is an authentic log cabin nested in a ridgeline overlooking miles of Tennessee forested landscape. Just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge 📍, and 25 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg. 📍

📌 A little about our cabin:

Million Dollar View is fully furnished with one king bed, fireplace, one bathroom and two twin beds in the loft. Up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💤 in this charming mountain home. 🏔️

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, microwave, coffee maker, cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a few other essential items. You may wish to bring your choice of food and drinks 🥪🍹, favorite coffee roast☕

The living room has ample lounging space, fire feature, and flat screen TV for access to all of your favorite streaming services.

The covered deck offers an outdoor hot tub and rocking chairs. Kick back with a glass of wine and enjoy this amazing view. There is no better place you’ll want to be during a sunset! 🌄 . In the summer months you can end your day with a fantastic view of the Dollywood fireworks display. 🎇 🎆

The bathroom contains a stand-in shower, along with an indoor jacuzzi.

📌 Other things to note:

Bear sightings are very common in this area🐾, so be alert! Do not feed them or leave trash out on the deck or entry way. Make sure to lock 🔒 all vehicle doors and windows. Please take caution if they are in the area and keep away. They may look cute and cuddly 🐻, but do not attempt to interact with them.

The hot tub is for everyone! However, kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please read the spa rules posted on the deck before use. You should not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.

No late check-out or early check-in ⏰. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

No refunds will be issued for weather/ natural disasters/ power outages/ or other disruptive events which may occur during your stay that are beyond our control. However, we will always do our very best to accommodate our guests.

While we understand that you love your pets, we have a strong no pet policy 🐶❌😺 for our cabin, in order to keep it safe for guests with COPD and allergies. You will be charged a $500 fee if you bring a pet.

Please be aware that our minimum age requirement is 25.

Truly a Million-Dollar View!
Great cabin with amazing mountain views, especially at night. Lots of nice touches such as kitchen dinnerware, a selection of nibbles (chips, cookies, and microwave popcorn), a washer & dryer, a dishwasher, and both a coffee brewing machine as well as a Keurig brewer (with three nice coffee blend cups offered), and full bed and bath linens. Nice rustic touches a' la bear throughout the cabin. Very quiet area even with all of the surrounding cabins with renters there. Needs a little tender care with the Gas Fireplace which we couldn't get to work. Also, the towel hook beside the shower needs to be repaired so that it stays in the wall and not on the floor of the bathroom. Access up to the cabin was a bit rough, but our truck handled it well. Lots to do in the area and not just in Pigeon Forge / Sevierville. Gatlinburg is very close as is the Great Smoky Mountain National Park where we did several miles of hiking. Great restaurants nearby. We also had a pizza delivered from Dominos which was very close to our cabin. We will certainly keep this great cabin in mind in the future. A bagged ice machine is located on Upper Middle Creek Road toward Pigeon Forge about 1 mile from the cabin access road (Walker Trail). You must get tickets to the Comedy Barn in Pigeon Forge. A great clean comedy show that had me laughing harder than I have in years to the point that my throat was sore. Also some really neat caverns nearby (Forbidden Caverns and Tuckaleechee Caverns).

This place was excellent. Exactly like it was described. Perfect for a small family or a couples vacation. Sitting on the deck drinking coffee while letting the family sleep was so peaceful. Even saw a bear and her 2 cubs right down the road. Will definitely look into booking here again.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains and the excellent proximity to everything in pigeon forge. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the kids having their own space. All the “extras” from the host were appreciated and enjoyed by us all! Highly recommend!

Amazing View
We had an awesome stay at this cabin. It was unfortunately cut short by a death in the family. The sunsets were incredible. We aren't hot tub people so we didn't try that. The cabin was as described. We saw a bear right before we left. The cleaners didn't appear to have vacuumed and the fridge freezes some things. We had frozen carrots and milk. No other complaints and the host is very responsive.

Cabin name says it all
The name of the cabin says it all!! Not only do you have a million dollar view, but the location to the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area is absolutely ideal. The cabin was spotless and Megan, our host, was easy to work with. Check in was great with no issues and she answered every questioned we had immediately. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. I wouldn't hesitate for one second recommending this cabin to anyone! Thank You!!

Weekend getaway
The property definitely lived up to and exceeded its name "million dollar view." For the short time my husband and children were there, we enjoyed relaxing in the cabin and on the back porch after exploring anakeesta and pigeon forge. My husband enioyed the hot tub! An added bonus is you can see the fireworks from Dolly Wood each night from the back porch!! The host made it easy to communicate with and everything was well organized to check in and check out.

The cabin was just what we needed to relax and unwind. Spectacular views, cabin had everything we needed. The host is great and keeps in touch and is quick to answer if needed. The drive up is something for us Florida folks but SO worth it once you are there. Close to town but far enough away to be sitting on the porch watching the beautiful sunsets.
