Perfect Family Christmas

We chose this beautiful home to gather for a post-Christmas getaway! It was the perfect spot and accommodating for our family of nine 2 dogs! So close to everything you need and local activities. It snowed our last full day and it was simply magical. Other than my granddaughter forgetting her favorite “stuffy” it was the perfect getaway. We would definitely visit again.

Almost Heaven

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful community tucked up in the mountain side. The house was perfect for all ages in our group which ranged from 16-44. It is close to fun activities, restaurants and any shopping you would like to do. Charlotte is easily reachable to makes sure that you have everything you may need during your stay.

The location was great just off wears valley rd and few minutes from everything. The cabin was clean and stocked with lots of kitchen items. I was able to reach the owner prior to checking in very quickly she answered all my questions! We will rent from her again!!

Fantasic location- fantastic house

Wonderful property. Plenty for the kids to do with games in the loft. Very clean. Comfortable beds and the location couldn't be any better. So close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Charlotte (owner) was great to work with. A+ Book this property. It doesn't get any better.

Everything you could need. There are certainly some more higher end places, but you will pay higher end prices. For the price point this exceeded expectations. The host was awesome.

Perfect vacation in Tennessee

Our family can not thank Charlotte enough. She was a wonderful host. She was so easy to communicate with and made every aspect of our stay a joy. Her home was exactly as pictured, immaculate, beautiful and full of wonderful amenities. We throughly enjoyed the fantastic game room and movie theater. The home was thoughtfully stocked to get us started and we had ample towels, blankets and pillows. The beds are very comfortable and everything worked as it should. Thank you so much for such a fantastic week. We hope to rent from Charlotte again in the future.

Our stay here was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Although this is a "Pet Friendly" house. There were absolutely no signs of pet hair or pet odor. The place was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and packed with thoughtful amenities, making it a truly relaxing experience. The location was perfect, with stunning views and very easy access to local attractions. We truly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, outdoor grill, hot tub, game room, & fireplace. All of which made us feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was very responsive & tentative to any/all our needs. My family & I look forward to staying here again next year! *For reference we had 4 Adults & 4 Kids during our stay*CAR SHOW ENTHUSIEST:If you are looking for a house that has enough room & a flat surface to park your car trailer, look no further! We came for the Spring Rod Run & we had plenty of space for our 18' trailer and 3 trucks.

Amazing Location & Views!!

Our family of eight adults & pup stayed here for six nights. Cabin is in the mountains, but in close proximity (+/- 10 minutes) to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Walmart grocery delivery drivers had no problem finding it, which is important to us! The views from the back deck were beautiful and we enjoyed our coffee every morning & evening on it! Cabin was super clean and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen comes supplied with everything needed as far as cookware. Movie theater room was perfect for the guys to watch Saturday & Sunday football games while us ladies stayed upstairs reading & chatting 😊

Wonder Fall Break Getaway

We absolutely loved this home for our Fall break trip! It was clean with comfortable beds and in a great location with no winding roads to get to. The house was big enough and comfortable for our family of 4. My kids loved the game systems and movie theater and I loved the decks, the views and hot tub! The neighborhood was great for walking our dogs. Be aware, we did see a black bear just sitting in someone's yard just down from the house on a morning walk. Would certainly recommend this to friends and family and we would certainly love to stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Highly recommend!!

From the time we first booked until the time we had arrived back home , communication with the owner was on point. Charlotte was very helpful and answered all questions I had. There was a nice bouquet and cake when we arrived as she knew we were celebrating my mom’s birthday. The cabin is exactly as described and the game room was a big hit , especially for me lol. We enjoyed all the amenities except for the grill, although we had intended to utilize that as well. Thanks Charlotte for your hospitality and allowing us to enjoy your cabin!!

Tons of room in the mountains

We arrived after dark and were met with motion lights that highlighted our path. The cabin is extremely spacious. What several may find very appealing is the master on the main floor. We enjoyed grilling and the crock pot. The video games were a nice touch, galliga!!! We could not have been happier with our stay. The icing on the cake our fur baby has her favorite toy that we inadvertently left behind. Our baby has been looking everywhere for it. We found out it had been left behind and it is being mailed to us.

Birthday weekend

The good- Great location, nice size space. The bad- living room furniture is made for short people as it sits very low and not comfortable. The mattresses were very firm. There’s a dozen extra pillows and only 1 stinky pillowcase. No extra sheets or blankets should you need the pullout couches. The towels were still damp. The hot tub had ZERO chemicals in it. It smelled of mildew. We did complain about that. The solution was to add chlorine tablets. The que sticks need the tips replaced. There was only one dishcloth and one dish towel for the kitchen. So bring your own paper towels.theres a few small/cheap trash bags. We had to ask to have the trash outside picked up as it was still full from previous guest. Honestly a lot of small things could easily make this an enjoyable experience. Maybe even curtains on the main floor bedroom and bathroom as you can see right in from the driveway. The queen headboard is very unstable to enter the hot tub you must go through one of the bedrooms in the basement. Hot tub would be more enjoyable on the main level deck for all guest to have access.

Wonderful TN Family Bacation

The cabin was as shown in pictures on VRBO site. Charlotte was very accommodating for my husband. He is an incomplete quadrapaligic. The tub shower chair she purchased was great! The commode was a standard height and not ADA height so I did purchase a seat to add height. Entry from driveway to deck and into house main floor was perfect. Doorways to main bedroom and bathroom weren’t quite wide enough but doable.Overall, proximate to all the attracts were all spot on! Shows, Dollywood, Anakeesta, Hollywood Wax Museum, we did and saw all we wanted to do and see! We give this property, host, location. 10 out of 10 stars. We got to celebrate our granddaughters birthday in this beautiful home!Thank you again for sharing your lovely property with our family!Rod and Carol DeVoid

We had a good time, the cabin is very close to Pigeon Forge town/attractions. My wife and kids had a good time in this place. Especially watching live stream programs at the Cabin movie theater.Also, the host is really good. If you have questions, issues or concern, the person respond immediately.

Relaxation and Fun at Tranquility

We had a fantastic week at Tranquility for Spring Break. Four 16-18 year old boys enjoyed taking over the entire lower level of the home. They thoroughly enjoyed the game room in the loft and theater room as well. The kitchen was well-equipped. Communication with Charlotte was perfect and prompt. When we requested additional silverware, it was delivered within hours, on a Sunday and a holiday! I later found a hidden stash of silverware, so there is plenty of everything for all groups to follow. The location was close to everything, but still felt private enough. We typically stay up high in the mountains when we visit, but traded in the privacy and views for convenience on this trip. Perfectly happy with the decision.

Fun trip with family

The cabin has excellent location if you will be up and down the parkway a lot. It also still has a mountain vibe without the scary steep climb all the way up a mountain. The cabin had everything we needed including fun for kids and good table to play cards/games. Beds were comfortable. A/c worked well. Shared jack&jill style bathroom is on the smaller side for a shared bathroom but it worked out fine for our group. Loved having rocking chairs on the back deck. Our teen/tween enjoyed playing pool upstairs Communication and check in/checkout were top tier. Overall, we would stay here again.

It’s All In The Name: Tranquility!

Tranquility was the perfect mountain escape for our family! This cabin is very well maintained and has updated amenities throughout. Our 3 young children enjoyed the game loft and movie theatre so much! My wife and I appreciated relaxing in the hot tub after hiking and chasing children during the day. Location is awesome, so close to everything (5 mins to The Island and Cal Ripken Park, 7 mins to Great Smoky Mountains National Park). Scenic and tranquil views from the back deck were the perfect pairing with our morning coffee. We can’t wait to be back!
