Notes:
-guest will be asked for their email and to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay.
-guest will provide a CC to be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This will just be a hold on the CC, with no charges actually taking place, unless damages are found upon check out.
-$100 each one time Pet Fee - only 2 pets allowed, must be house trained and crated when owners not present. Any pet related damages will be taken from guest’s security deposit.
-Guests will be charged $49 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $1,500 to provide for a worry free stay.

Spring Break Weekend

Kate's Cabin was the perfect spot for our family to have a quick spring break weekend. Located near everything we could have wanted either in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg! The house was wonderful with room for the teenagers to have their own space downstairs. The owners were excellent and very generous in their communication. Happily recommend for a family stay!

Fall Break

This was our first time to the area and this cabin was perfect. Far enough that it was nice and quiet but close enough to town with easy to navigate roads. The property was clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the downstairs activities and the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Fall Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Kate’s Cabin! It was very clean, had lots to do, and it’s location was very convenient for Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. We have nothing but good things to say! Thank you Rene and Kaitlin for a great fall vacation stay!

Family getaway

This was absolutely perfect for myself, husband, our two kids, and in laws ((6) in total)! Saw bears and cubs, and a family of groundhogs that live in the back yard!!

Wonderful

The owners were wonderful with communication and very helpful! We all slept great and had so much fun with the gaming system downstairs… from toddlers to grandparents! We loved the location and how close we were to Dollywood and the main strip at Pigeon Forge. We felt like we were in a private location without feeling far away from any restaurants or activities!

Perfect Location

The cabin was the perfect location for our trip to Dollywood. Grandparents on the main floor with no stairs and then us with the kiddos downstairs. When we had an issue or concern the owners were immediately responsive. Would recommend!

Family Getaway

We loved our stay at the cabin in Pigeon Forge. The only issue we ran into was that the pool that was advertised was closed for refurbishment. We weren’t aware of this before arriving which was disappointing. The owners were very understanding and did a great job at finding a way to make it up to us. Their communication was fabulous and I appreciated their kindness. I would recommend this cabin to my family and friends.

Summer Vacation

Everything about the cabin was fantastic! It’s fully stocked with everything you’d need! Plenty of starters to last the week - we stayed 8 nights for a baseball tournament. It is cozy and comfortable. 4 king beds were perfect for our family! Pool table, fuse ball, and cornhole!! The location is great!! It is not far from the Ripken fields, and close to everything else, but far enough to still feel like you’re in the mountains away from the busy strip! The hosts were in communication throughout our stay, checking to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Great Location

Our family had a great stay at Kate's Cabin and communication with the property owners was outstanding! We were minutes from Dollywood and anything else we wanted to do. The cabin was clean and beautiful and plenty of room for our 8 adults and 3 children. We would definitely recommend Renkat Rentals and Kate's Cabin!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay!We had an amazing time at this cabin near Dollywood! It was spotlessly clean, very well-maintained, and exactly as described—actually, even better than expected. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just minutes from Dollywood and other top attractions, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Everything worked flawlessly, and the attention to detail really showed. It was the ideal home base for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in the Smokies!

Amazing!

Our stay was great! The communication with the owners was amazing. First day we noticed the ac was now working properly downstairs and emailed right away. They jumped into action to get this corrected as soon as could be done. We didn’t have cool air first night but it was cool enough with the fans running. The next day the ac company said they couldn’t make it that day and the owners jumped into action and found another crew to get to the house and had it fixed before we made it home from that days activities! Even though the air was out of anyone’s control the way it was handled was top tier! The place was clean and neat. Lots of towels and toiletries provided! Overall excellent experience!

Cozy cabin

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The management was quick to help with any questions that we had. It was a cozy cabin with a mountain feel without being far from the activities. There are 4 bedrooms with king beds and one has a Jacuzzis tub. Great time
