“When we arrived the first room they put us in was covered in love bugs all over the bed the floor and walls. We had to be moved to another room they were in that room but not as bad maintenance came up and removed the few that were there. There was holes in the bathroom door also light coming in around both exit doors and not sealed properly.
Our room was to be a ocean view balcony there was palm trees in the direct view.
I had to call and request services more than once to get clean……

“The room was clean and as described. The window however was missing about 12-15 of its vertical panels which left a substantial part of the window exposed through the night. Also, the kitchen drawers were very loose-to the point of almost falling out. The refrigerator was okay, but had no ice maker (which was fine) but only 1 ice tray was provided. Also, the bathroom did not offer anywhere to hang wet towels. (only had 1 rack for a hand towel). The condo grounds were clean and offered easy……
“Beautiful, updated, and comfortable condo at a resort with endless amenities. Our large family was able to spread out and get comfortable after a day of fun in the sun. Excellent communication and no issues whatsoever. Spectacular value! ”
