“This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. ”

“furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! “Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Additionally, there are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel and we enjoyed……

“Casa Villa Gardenia is a very easy taxi ride from the airport station, which we did after a long flight, and also easily walkable, which we did to get to Venice. Our host was AMAZING -- follow his recommendations (grazie mille, Federico!). The building and rooms felt secure and hold old world charm in decor and accomodation. The breakfast is top notch, with a wide array to choose from, everything very fresh and presented beautifully. I would stay here again! ”
