"The property was only accessible from one direction on a very busy divided street. Rooms were excellent. There was no cleaning of the room during my 5 day stay. The staff were very helpful courteous and friendly. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Worked very well for me. "

"- Was able to find location without issue - Space was as shown and explainedPros: a few really nice electronic inclusions such as a motion activated trash can. Owner was very nice to work with. Cons: Could have used an extra towel and second roll of toilet paper "just in case". To be mindful of when booking: - A/C is a window unit- may make really hot days challenging.- Unit is next to a parking lot for a bar that is open *very* late. It may be very loud. Please look at ground level street view for further information. - You will not be able to park on the street nearby during the Farmer's Market operation. "

"Very quiet in a newer residential area. Within a mile of restaurants. Close to Grays Lake for an evening stroll or bike ride. Shuttle service to take you anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel. Nice continental breakfast area. Used the pool, hot tub and fitness center- no issues with anything."
"Very clean and modern suite room. Free full breakfast and free Mon-Wed cocktail hour with hot food. Rooms were very quiet and blackout shades were excellent. Five minutes walking distance away from downtown dining district and sports locations. Full-sized refrigerator and even had dishwasher, stovetop, cooking implements and dinner setting for four."

"Our family of four (mom, daughter, grandma, grandpa) had a wonderful 4-night stay at the Cartier apartment. The location was just right us: close to the river, the capitol building, and downtown. Having a parking space included was fantastic. Check-in was easy and communication with hosts was excellent. We appreciated having the balcony for having our morning coffee and watching fireworks on the 4th and the sunsets each evening. We recommend!v"

"Start with the good: Rooftop patio/entertainment area was very nice. For some (ridiculous) reason, one has to request the fob for the patio and exercise room, which I did and was told it would be left in the apartment. It wasn't - led to a huge hassle. I was told the apt door code would be sent close to arrival date. We had a very busy trip, so 10 minutes out I opened email - no entry code. Panic.Was luckily able to search for a number and reach mgmt co. by phone and was given the code. Dishes in d/w were dirty, so we ran it next day - leaked all over floor. While on phone about that, asked for WIFI. Is there some reason they won't leave that for guests upon arrival with the fob!? Was given one of two possible passwords - neither worked, because it needed a capital first letter which husband figured out. Very few towels, husband found more in washer/dryer combo, but had they been laundered? No way to tell. We made do with the few in the drawer. Just literally a dribble of shower gel and dish soap. Two hangers. We were lucky it was cool out because a/c is right next to bed and sounds like a mac truck. Overall lousy. "

"We stayed here for the accessable to the Red Bull Soapbox race. Very happy with the parking across from the unit. Loved the outdoor sitting area. We were treated to fireworks on Friday night with a perfect view from the patio. Lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Unit had everything you need and was spotless! Jesse was a great host and the restaurant suggestions were spot on. We would stay again if in the area."
