“So disappointed with this hotel. They offer a complimentary shuttle within a 5-mile radius and more than half of the time they acted like they didn't want to take us anywhere. They constantly made excuses for us not to use the shuttle. When they did let us use the shuttle the drivers were very rude except Tim. On our last day I had scheduled a shuttle for the airport and when the time came for us to use the shuttle, the lady manager proceeded to say that she didn't have a driver available.……

“It was a great place to stay and it was clean. I was charged for a damaged side table that was damaged prior to my arrival. They investigated and realized I was not the one who damaged the side table and returned the fee they initially charged.”

“看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。”

“Nada al respecto todo muy bien hasta hora uno de pocos hoteles que me agrado si el mejor hotel se los recomiendo de echo para esté fin de mes voy a regresar a ese mismo lugar”

“Check in guy was nice but room was dark & only 1 towel in room. I asked for additional towels but younger guy did not speak any English so I had to go back to lobby for assistance. Room was loud next to a busy road & the big TV was almost useless. Stay otherwise decent but outside property need much needed updates.”

“Jenn S went above and beyond in making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was a better quality than the typical free hotel breakfast. The room was clean and quiet, and we were able to arrange a late checkout to accommodate a change in plans.”
