“Fantastic hotel. Really welcoming receptionist as you come into the beautiful calm space. Rooms very generous - she gave us an internal room which was extremely quiet as we had read reviews referring to street noise at night. Our room had zero noise! Spa facilities also great.. she apologised in advance for some ongoing works around the gym and hot tub area but that did not impact us at all - hot sauna and the hottest steam room I've ever been in! No room service but deliveries right to……

“Everything was clean. The room was comfortable. The only issue I had was the lack of information. There was no map or anything to show you where the exercise room was or the layout of the hotel.You could order room service but you really didn't know should you use an app or should you call there's no information there to direct you or assist you and trying to determine what the valet's number is. Besides that everything else was great.”

“看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。”

“The room was perfect for our needs. The staff that was there for check in was amazing. Parking for check in was not ideal. There was very limited parking to check in. We were able to take the skywalk to Casey's Center. Which is exactly what we needed.”

“They were very helpful to accommodate us, when we arrived early. Also they gave us helpful directions. Breakfast was delicious. The tub/shower needs some kind of mat, as it was dangerous for little old people to shower on the slippery tub surface, and no convenient grab bar for those showering.”

“Stayed there with my toddler for two days, and it was excellent! Literally across the street from the University. Staff were amazing and friendly from check-in to checkout. Free breakfast was great too! Definitely will be staying there when we go back!”
