"Amazing resort for the price. You won’t be disappointed"

"Beautiful, clean property and great location. 2 minute walk to the village shops and restaurants."

"The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Good location near the lake and close enough to the village shops and restaurants. "

"Came with a family of four and had a great stay. Really close to boulder bay, pool was clean and fun, and the place was exactly as listed. Comfortable, clean, and had what we needed for our stay. The hosts communicated quickly."

"Missing a toilet in on of the restrooms. Definitely not the cleanest either. It had stains on the wall, the light fixture was broken from the plug in the wall. The table had sticky stuff on it still. The bathroom shades were broken and carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed"

"Everything was beyond my expectations. The property is gorgeous. Super clean, updated, warm and cozy. Communication was amazing too. Super close to lake and town. This would be my only go for all my Big Bear trips."

"Great place, happy time, clean, quiet"

"Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out...

"This cabin is a nice place to stay close by market and restaurant, cabin has some opportunities a quick fix"

"It was perfect location, not a worry in the world."

"We had an amazing stay, the place were clean and the host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The furniture was very dusty including tv console and plants everything was as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Very cracking screeching floors and old stained carpets. Unfortunately it was very dated all the furniture was run down. Couches were uncomfortable and old. Bed was uneven and just overall very poorly kept."

"The host communicated well and the accommodations were clean and comfortable."

"Everything was as described. Location was excellent."

"As a family with kids, this was an ideal place to lounge, visit the indoor pool/jacuzzi, go for walks, and cook in house. The three levels provided ample space for everyone and the fresh air at night offered great sleep. Was a safe, quiet retreat and all neighbors were very friendly!"
